99 Restaurants - Chicopee: A Feast of Flavor and Hospitality Awaits

Service was great! Food was pretty good. The Vermont burger was absolutely delicious! Sword fish wasn’t that great. Fajita bowl was pretty decent.

This place was awesome! The host, waitress, and manager were so kind and attentive, and the food was good and quick! This was our first time at a Ninety Nine, but we will definitely be visiting again!

I want to sincerely thank and uplift two incredible young women we met during our visit to 99 Restaurant in Chicopee: Kindra and Karlee Z. Kindra was the first person we saw as we entered. Though soft-spoken, she radiated quiet grace and dignity. With her glasses, shy smile, and calm confidence, she reminded me of someone deeply dedicated to her work and to the people she serves—even in just a few brief moments, you could feel her gentleness and future potential shining through. She didn’t say much, but her energy stayed with me: peaceful, humble, and kind. Our waitress, Karlee Z, was simply amazing. She’s the kind of person who lights up a room—charismatic, funny, warm, and full of life. I don’t know how young she is, but either way, she gives me hope for the future. She was incredibly attentive, sharp, and emotionally intelligent. When my partner, who has a medical history that includes strokes and seizures, accidentally ordered the wrong meal (a seafood platter he mistook for a larger entrée), she handled the whole thing with such compassion and care. Even though we were cracking up over the mix-up, she stayed sensitive to the situation and replaced his meal without charging us. No judgment—just kindness and grace. We ended up joking with her that the tip we gave her was actually to cover the bill (we gave it before paying), and she got the joke immediately—she played along, laughed with us, and made the whole experience feel like a moment of joy shared among old friends. And of course—the food! Spectacular. Absolutely delicious. My partner chooses 99 as his place of celebration. He’s been coming here for years to mark meaningful moments in his life. He loves the food, and more than that, he feels safe, elegant, and at home in this environment. That kind of comfort is rare and beautiful. Thank you, Karlee and Kindra, for your kindness, your intelligence, your light. You both made our day. I hope this review blesses you in some small way as much as your presence blessed us.

My waitress Megan was amazing. She was Soo friendly and kind. I know she will remember, me my sister and my dad had lunch there on Friday and my dad made an oopsie with the tip and my dad hunted her down to make it right and she was trying to refuse but I hollered YES for her to take it she deserved every penny and more. She was truly the best waitress I have ever had in any restaurant ever. THANKS YOU MEGAN FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Nice customer service but service lacking everything served at once. Main entrees done well, moist & flavorful shrimp, beef, and the mashed potatoes were tasty. What was disappointing is broccoli. Better coffee, the drinks are tasty & it's a family environment.

This latest visit was for celebrating my son's birthday, and he stated he wanted to go to 99 Restaurant. Service was great and the staff were friendly. Food was well prepared and hot. We were seated promptly and plenty of seating available. Will keep coming back here!!!

Stopped in for a quick dinner, not much I can say about a chain restaurant the service was great the atmosphere was nice. Place was clean.
